It's both.

Honestly looks kinda strange, but it might be the only mode I'll play online. Was seriously hoping for a really indepth team and stadium creation mode. Maybe someday

Im sure the indepth level for team modifications/customization is pretty legit from what Ive seen so far. The logo thing is sick....I can see myself going an hour on that rolf.
Like I said, for stadium creation mode....this aint "Sim MLB" its MLB The Show, supposedly their games are just focused on RTTS but they have branched out to other modes and incorporated them within the same game....they could have been Jews and made the Diamond Dynasty a separate game/series in itself for Yankee $$$$

Oh, and an interesting thing to point out, with the confirmation of the 10 playoff team thing....it appears MLB 2k12 was thinking ahead and has the option setting to choose 8 or 10 team playoffs
MLB 12 the show has not done so, nor has mentioned anything about patches in the future to do this.
No big deal, but it was something that crossed my mind months prior

I don't think I'll ever play that thing. Going to stick with Franchise mode.

The whole stadium creation thing I only want to make the game feel more realistic. Even some generic stadiums would be nice. Like this mode, having a team you create be from wherever, but play in Yankee Stadium is too unrealistic for me.

MVP 05 did it, don't see why The Show can't.

As far as the playoff situation, I'm sure it'll be patched in. Something that big wouldn't be ignored. They are probably already prepared for it.

I can only see this happening for the whole stadium thing:

You can modify an existing stadium seats/accessories but nothing to change the dimensions/physical structure that effects ball physics.
But if you made your own stadium from scratch...unless you like invisible walls and glitches, its gonna be difficult. In the future, it will happen,

I mean like in MVP where you started with a pretty empty/small stadium, similar to that of a Spring Training field. As your team got better, you made more money, and you bought improvements such as more seats/walls/etc. You didn't place them yourself or anything.
