The Mariners have acquired lefty J.A. Happ from the Blue Jays in exchange for outfielder Michael Saunders, Jayson Stark of ESPN.com reports on Twitter.

He will probably be in cf to replace Rasmus

He'll likely be in LF, with Pompey/Pillar in CF

e/ Saunders is also a lefty, something we needed with Rasmus, Lind gone
