Please don't sign shields.

Lester is coming back.
Might as well sign scherzer to while were at it.

You might as we sign everyone that wants a 7+ year deal for 20mil + a year and a no trade clause while you're at it.

What does that have to do with anything?  A-Rod was 32 at the time of his deal, Stanton is 25....

Might get an endorsement from FaceTime too.

It's just an example.
Others can be used, but I know you know like every contract.
So he's 25 with 13 year deal meaning hell be great for half of the contract, maybe a bit more.

They're buying at least 7 of his prime years if not more and in those years he's going to outperform his contract by a LOT. Power hitters with patience historically age well too.

Also offense is at an absolute premium in this day and age, especially power hitters. Just to put into perspective, Detroit just gave a 36(!) year old DH(!!) $68mm over 4(!!!) years.

nn 90 day expire.

Boston bros, lets plan on going to a game this year. Maybe vs the Yanks so some Yankee buzzins can come too.

This always fails with the Bruins cause it's usually only Hozzay & I willing to go.

Only #1 because they don't count Andrew Susac as a prospect anymore

I'd like it, but I don't feel like we're going to win the WS this year.
Our pitching staff has a lot to prove even if we acquired a #1 like Hamels.
The offense is full of injury prone players.

I'd like some bats to be moved and acquire at least another lefty bat if we trade for a #1.
