Hadn't really heard about that, figured it was because there wasn't a spot open for him

Similar with stroman, they had him in the bullpen for a short period

I just don't feel too comfortable with both happ/hutch in our rotation going forward; hutch has struggled lately

His career high in IP is 90 and he's already at 100 for the season. He probably has 30-40 innings left for the season and the BlueJays must figured they'd be most useful at the big league level.
