rolf, watch Gardner start batting over .300 hitting in the leadoff spot.
If that happens, what is dumbArdi gonna do? I wouldn't want to move him back down to the eighth spot wheres hes been batting.
But Girardi has no balls and has shown it up to this point, wonder how he will handle that.
I wish Gardner wasn't such a passive runner though, has the speed to steal 60 bases a year.
We need our hitting to be consistent every game now with our bullpen lacking some of our best relievers and us losing Phil and Colon.
