Yes, injuries derailed Snydergaard's career, they acquired him (along with Marsh) in a mid-season trade with the Angels this season. Both have paid off as nice additions. Snydergaard won't be expected to go very deep, so they'll be using a lot of bullpen.
Ranger Suarez would usually be the clear cut #3 starter, he's very good, but he was used out of the bullpen in game 1 and it seems they want to give him a little more rest so he's bumped to start game 4 and then i'd imagine he'll be available out of the bullpen in games 6 or 7 as needed.
Also, the weather tonight does not look promising. This game may not be played.
