Any chance Miller isn't the closer?
Sure, there's a possibility. Miller is a Grade-A guy and won't pout or complain about moving to the 8th inning. Miller is obviously the best reliever in Cleveland but there's still a lot of value in not having him handcuffed to the 9th inning and using him in a fireman/setup role.

Prolly late but I just got back from Chicago..
Lucroy is a fucking idiot; complains about wanting to be out of Milwaukee and onto a contender and then vetoes going to a team that could contend for the next couple years. Indians are also dumb if they couldn't guarantee that Lucroy would start next year over Gomes. Why the fuck would a team not start Lucroy he's one of the top 5 catchers in baseball.
Also, the Yankees got more for Chapman than they did for Miller.. Torres has a little more value than Frazier imo or they're very close to equal. Sorta pissed that the Cubs didn't go after Miller instead..
Nah, I think Yankees got more in the Miller deal. While Torres and Frazier are similar talents, the former is MUCH closer to the big leagues. There's a lot of risk in a 19 year old still in A ball. As much as I love Warren, the secondary pieces in the Cleveland deal are better as well. I'm a huge Sheffield fan(he would be a top 5 pitching prospect in baseball if he was 3-4 inches taller), plus we got a reliever that throws 100mph and is ready to step into the MLB pen.
