1.5 odds = -1
1.7-1.8 = -1.5
2+ = -2

Im not 100%, I did have a fixed formula but I dont remember it crystal clear. However, I just searched up one of my old parlay posts example: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=63466365

I think what I did was:

Any less than 1.5, its straightup.
1.5 = -1
1.5 - 1.75 = 1.5
1.75 - 2 = -2
2+ = -2.5

And in terms of the actual odds, I would use an average of what docsports gives from all the sites it sources.
The -2.5 was close to never used though because its really rare to see that to begin with.
Today for example, I would have only pulled a -2 for one game (Yanks @ Rays)...Kuroda vs Bedard. I would take the Yanks -2, and it doesnt seem too substantial. When you are playing parlays though, no spread is 'crazy' because you can always choose the other team, right? So it works out.
