Started conditioning my arm for the annual wiffle ball tournament I do every year in the second or third Sunday of August. Threw about 60 pitches(full speed, fastball, sinker and slider).
Learned from last year due to lack of practice that my arm like died throughout the first game and had an early exit due to my inability to throw my max speed with control. The year before that we won the slow pitch and placed 2nd in the fast pitch(which was amazing, we were HUGE underdogs).
I'm arguably one of the best pitchers in the tournament, and there a lot of solid teams(3 on 3's).
Just felt like preaching about wiffleball.
