I hope Jays fans do realize that this had nothing to do with who managed this year...:

1. Where the Jays finished this year in the standings is no reflection of the players/season they had... They shut down baubau, EE, Rasmus when they were pretty capable of going out there
2. Injury to Reyes was at least 2 wins gone
3. Handful of key guys underperformed greatly -- had they even put up career averages it would have been a much better team.

I was skeptical early on  even before the season started but its hard not to still be excited for 2014.


Probably never been more disappointed in one of my teams in any sport, I didn't watch games later in the year just to show my displeasure

I'm always excited to start a season though, regardless of expectations

April = OMG SO PUMPED, EVERY PITCH IS EXCITING, CANNOT MISS
May = They gonna be better...right? Im still watching here...
By June: Okay...this is getting ugly
By July I watched up until the Jays gave up the lead.
By August I would multitask when watching...sometimes my attention would not even be there until an out was made or someone got a hit.
By September I would only have it on when I have nothing better to do. I think I saw a total of 4 games.

ya that was a lot of fun even though the season turned into a let down... still had some bright spots like the bullpen
