Thinking lawrie should maybe get sent back down to work on his swing

He wasn't even ready when he was called up, he was going 0-4 in single A lol

Another 4-3 loss? Wow. Can't blame me for a jinx like yesterday. I lost on the Twins today.
Are the Blue Jays going to trade any veterans before the deadline in ten days?

I said it wasnt going to happen earlier, but I am starting to side with Moofs that Josh Johnson is out.
I believe you will also see guys who are free agents next year get shipped (Which there arent many)
Darren Oliver may be shipped most likely.
I would be surprised if anyone else

What about trading R.A. Dickey and Jose Bautista? The rumors of both being dealt to the Rangers have died down? That knuckleball would probably be nasty again in that hot and humid air (like it was in New York). I know they were close to acquiring Matt Garza and signed Manny Ramirez for offensive help but he's too old.

Why would they have to resort to that when they put all that effort to assemble this team?
They should at least give them one more year.

That's true but you would have to anticipate they can do a complete turnaround next year. We'll see.

Yea, we don't need to strip down our team lmao

that would be awful after giving up half our future to compete for the next few years

I don't go to many Jays games, but the ones I do, man do people drink. I had two people with me, and they spent almost $100 on beer. A group of four near us spent over $250.

Do people in Toronto go to baseball games just to drink expensive alcohol?
