I wouldn't be surprised if they pitch around Harper completely. He's absolutely locked in like no other this entire playoff run. The issue Houston has is that both Schwarber and Hoskins got it going lately too. Hoskins has 4 HR's over the last 4 games.
Houston pitching is great though so it should be a good matchup.
You're right about that protection he has behind him. I was puzzled as to why the A's didn't put yordan Alvarez on base when he was on fire in ALDS. He's got protection behind him too. I think the one time they walked him bregman hit a home run after. But they definitely should have put him on In the 9th ending of game one where he walked it off when we were down 7-5.
The difference is Bryce has stayed hot while Alvarez cooled.
