If he can get back to .280/.350/.440 slash line with that defense; it's well worth it. He was just fine in ATL/STL

His swing is just so fucked up; idk where they start to try to fix it. It's so late on fastballs.

I fully expect price to bounce back. I'm not so sure about greinke; that place is a fricken launching pad and hes a flyball pitcher.

I was thinking to myself earlier that I should bump this thread lol.

Seems like signing Heyward could be a detriment in a few years when it comes time to re-sign some of these younger guys.

Money will never be a problem again for the Cubs. I think it's only 2 more years until their television rights are up and they will get the biggest payout ever for those rights

Ah, I think you're right. He probably didn't account for bat speed being impacted by the weight. That'll put him up to $184 million numbers.
