When they are still spitting sputum even when the league has told them not to do so - not surprised at all.

It’s pretty hard to stop something that you have done since little league. Spitting and baseball is just a thing. Disgusting habit? Yeah. But it’s just a weird thing that is part of the game.

And I highly doubt the virus outbreak with the Marlins was caused by spitting. It seems they weren’t taking the right precautions outside of the clubhouse.

The players were in Atlanta right before the season....
