Givens didn't blow that game, the umps did.

He clearly had the 3rd strike and the ump didn't call it.

Should still be 5-5 going into the 10th.

Looking at the box score =/= watching it unfold live, the box score makes it look bad (3 walks & 1 hit), but it was anything but.

He struck out the first 2 batters with relative ease (albeit on 3-2 counts), but made Gardner & Maybin look foolish.

Next up Torres ended up walking, but pitch 6 of the at-bat (ball 3 to make it 3-2) was right there, strike 3 looking.

Sanchez singled next, and everything collapsed from that point, though he even had a close 3rd strike on Lemahieu that would of again ended the inning.

The umpire clearly blew the call, but even still, Givens has to come back and get out of it as a major league pitcher.
