In my opinion it looks phenomenal

But why? Aren’t there usually like 15 people at Rays games ?

from talking to someone that lives there, thats not exactly the big issue...

"they seem to think that if they move to the other side of the bay, that more people will come but people from both sides of the bay are stubborn and wont cross a bridge so they're boned either way. there's just too much baseball here is the main problem. we have all sorts of minor league parks, and spring training. the rays games are cheap to attended, and easy to get to parking is great it's just and old indooor park and they want a new one and st pete got them stuck in a sweet deal that mlb hates so they keep sales down and whine that they need to move and have a new stadium and so far it's worked but who knows if they can actually fill that thing up regularly once it's built"

"we've got a huge population of yankees fans here that never even have to go to a rays game to see their team play
we've got a huge population of phillies fans that do the same
they just go to spring training, and then go to minor league games on the cheap"

I don't drive to rays stadium at all anymore, I use to go to 10+ games when I moved down here

They can save a lot of money since they only need like 50 seats.
