Ok sir, if you want to get technical he's from right outside of Philly...but anyone that is a sports fan understands the surrounding areas are all part of it.

He spent much of his time in Philly, going to Phillies, Eagles, Sixers, etc. games. He's about as close to Philly as you can possibly be without actually being from Philly.

It's like saying someone that lives in Northern Delaware 20 min south of the city isn't from the Philly area rofl.
