Profar, only if somebody really special became available in a trade, like Chris Sale for example.
But the White Sox are only 4.5 games out of the second wild-card spot (behind 3 teams).

I doubt they are sellers unless they go on a nice little losing streak over the next few weeks.
And even then I'm not sure they would ever trade Chris Sale unless they receive a bounty of elite prospects.

Ryan Braun wouldn't be worth our top prospect even though he's having an excellent year.
Sonny Gray and his struggles this year, will not cost any team any of their top prospects I don't think. Maybe two or three decent ones.

Gray will cost an elite prospect.
Braun is worth Bregman.

Do you think Ryan Braun will be open to a trade outside of the six teams on his list?
If he is then that could open up a lot of interesting possibilities. I've always been a big fan of Ryan Braun.

Even when he cheated and lied about taking performance-enhancing drugs prior to the 2013 season.
I looked past that suspension and appreciated his true talents. He's having a really good offensive year.

I wouldnt trade Bregman for Braun. There is still a lot of money on that contract and he is breaking down. Dont get me wrong, for the right price i would take him but id rather give Bregman a shot and spend that money on a free agent next year.

.312/.387/.512/13hr/44rbi is pretty good.. and he's on a terrible team.
If he was on the Astros with guys around him, his statline would presumably be even better.
I think he'd be a good fit on Houston.
They don't need him long-term.. and if they do end up keeping him more than 1-2 seasons, he could always DH.

Marwin Gonzalez and his sprained left ankle made it all possible, but you can argue it should have happened sooner.
The Astros had DFA’d Danny Worth. He was a mediocre third baseman that was hitting .179 and wasn't finding much playing time.

Huge upgrade for the 25-man roster, nonetheless.

Once the Astros call up Yulieski Gurriel sometime in mid August, that will be another exciting move to strengthen the team. He is very close to playing minor league baseball. His working visa should be finalized sometime this week. And once that happens he'll probably be in the minors for a couple of weeks before he is called up.

I hope he's aggressive and just tees off on anything near the plate like he's been doing.
He just dominated Double-A and Triple-A pitching. He was playing at LSU just a year ago!

But Major League pitching is the best in the world. This isn't the SEC anymore (Gig 'Em Aggies. LOL).
Alex Bregman is playing with the big boys now. I hope this 22-year-old kid can handle the pressure.

Carlos Correa, Lance McCullers and now Alex Bregman.
Guys that were 22, 21 and 20 when the Astros called them up.
The other two handled things just fine. I hope Bregman can follow suit.

I expect Bregman to have the nerve-racking jitters tonight. If he gets a hit it will be on pure adrenaline alone.
