At the end of the season every team will have played 162 games so there will be no ".5" games back. There are no ties in Baseball. The exception: two teams not making up a rain out game (can only see this happening if the game is meaningless for both teams).

when a player gets ejected out of a game that means a half a game was played

so if they win

they get .5 win
