No other sport really its this common for the coach to argue like this all the time with the officiators, unless Im wrong
i think it happens in nfl and nba aswell. all sports really its just part of the game.
But baseball is just not arguing all the time. If the ump is consistent in ball/strike calls then there is really nothing to argue. Players managers might not agree with the call and say something, but if its consistent calls for both sides there wont be an ejection like this.
Manager was upset because in the video u can see the yankee pitcher didn't get any of those calls at the bottom of the zone, pretty close pitches. And then he called some bad strikes on judge and dj. That one on judge was probably lower in the zone than the balls called on yankee pitcher.
It was just inconsistency from the ump that led to this. It was probably amplified by the fact they were in a double header in the rain, rookie ump.
