Heard on the radio the Rangers may possibly part ways with him after the season and eat his 72 mill contract. Or if by some chance he retires, we would only eat 36 million.

I hope all this talk about "if the Yankees deal Chapman, they will keep Miller" is just posturing. Getting Torres PLUS another prospect for two months of Chapman is a coup. This trade should set the market for a Miller trade and Chapman being off the market would mean the Yankees can demand even MORE for him.
