For the Sox i would like David Price but i would settle for Cueto if they go hard at the bullpen. O'Day and either Kimbrel or Chapman. I would think that Robertson would be available as well and he would do. We really need two starters but i think they will probably try 4 of;

Clay, good for 20 starts
Miley, to cover when Clay is on the DL
Kelley, should already be in the pen
Owens, good trade bait

I don't believe the A's will trade Gray but maybe Sale would be available for something built around Moncada and Owens?

it is a bit hopeful but for the money and farm system they have i'm not sure why you scorn me wishing for 3 pitchers.

I don't think anything he said is outlandish. I personally think Price is destined to go to Boston considering their need for pitching and his history with Dombrowski.

Both Chapman and Kimbrel were on the trading block at deadline with the latter nearly being traded to the Yankees. There was also some dialogue about Robertson after the deadline when he hit waivers.

As far as trading for Sale/Gray, Moncada and Owens is as good of a starter package as any and I'm not even a Owens fan.

Sounds like a dream. Who are they gonna trade for Chapman or Kimbrel if they trade for Sale or gray? Manuel Margot?

I actually said 1 starter a 2 relievers. I mentioned Gray and Sale but thanks for reading. And yes, Margot is one of many prospects available.

I wouldn't give up Moncada for anything unless that package included Kershaw/trout/harper/votto
