im looking for a site with a lot of chess tactics that has two main features:
1) searchable/sortable by # moves, ideas (mate, win piece, unknown, etc), and difficulty
2) auto-assign. start with easy puzzles and moves to harder puzzles. the more i get right, the harder the puzzles becomes. when i start making mistakes or take too long to solve them, go back to slightly easier puzzles. if possible, assign myself an estimated ELO rating based on it.

Doesn't Fritz 13 have extreme analysis features ?

Be carefull there is a singlecore a multicore and a cloud computing version i think, don't buy the wrong one and get ur cpu at 100% forever.

But there’s a third method of analyzing games which we’ve not yet considered. [.....]  the “attaboys” are implicit rather than explicit; if Fritz isn’t criticizing a move, then it’s safe to assume that the move was sufficient (at least relatively, given the “Threshold” parameter that’s used in the game’s analysis).

But there is a way to get Fritz’s opinion on every move in a game, as well as to have multiple engines analyze a game in one go. It’s called “Compare analysis”,

so i found one with 10x puzzles/day. tries to give an ELO rating, but it's not very reliable i imagine
