So its 3500 per pound

im only burning like 2000 a week with just exercise not counting the miles i walk at work..

now since im not reaching 3500 working out if i lower my calorie intake to 1500 a day will that balance all the shit out so i can lose like a pound a week?

that is the concept of it yes.. but depends on if ur eating alot of fats or not
