Tough choice.

On the one hand you have 20 minutes of non-stop action, on the other one you have about 10 seconds of action and then a snack break...

Tough choice.

On the one hand you have 60 minutes of big hits, incredible feats of athleticism in the form of amazing throws, runs, catches, and swats at the ball... and of the other you have a tiny litle puck getting swatted around so fast that you can't even see it on TV and end up having to watch the replay of every goal to actually see it go in... which I guess isn't all that bad since there's usually only like 1 goal per game anyway.

Pretty sure he's talking about the football where people aren't supposed to kick the "ball" (kind of the wrong word for it, given its shape) but instead throw it for people to catch.

You mean the one where you need absolutely no skill whatsoever. All you need to be is fat and big and follow the play? No individual thinking whatsoever? Where 90% of the players dont even get to touch the ball? Where out of those 60 minutes you only see about 5 mins of action? Where after everyplay, the team can argue a call and change the decision of the ref?

No thanks on handegg. Hockey is better.

Please do elaborate.

Let's look at some facts. Hockey is the fastest team sport in the world. Players skate, so the hits are harder (simple physics). The puck is smaller, you handle it with a stick, the puck travels faster than a football does, all while you're skating (which is faster than running). All of which leads to the fact that hockey requires more hand-eye coordination and balance.

Football player have specific roles. They do one thing. Granted, some of them do 2 things, but that's about it.

10 second action, and then a break that's about 3 to 4 times longer than the action....

Please do tell me how football is 100x the sport.
