I'm running Tunlr on my Mac and it runs perfect. Both methods are free. Alternatively if you're new to the internets and think everything is a virus you can go to this site --> http://www.vipbox.tv/olympics.html. There are usually multiple streams for popular events and it is just regular flash. Quality is not as good as the BBC stream and there is sometimes lag.
