Seems like everyone is doping in the sport. Which saddens me as I'm just getting into the sport and it's hard to find someone to in a sense " look up to".
Just hope you are good enough some day, that epo would actually be a benefit. Theirs many professional riders in the world all within minutes of each other, riding over hundreds of miles. Lets say all of them have worked 100% of their time at dedicating themselves to riding, yet they can not quite win. They are close to being one of the best, just not quite.
As someone who's competitive as a professional you do get some nice benefits. Ya get a team issued bike, uniform and a small monetary stipend.
Yet....at the same time, if you were 2 minutes faster, you'd be making millions of dollars and have the absolute best equipment that science can build and be on a team where you are the leader, and the team follows you.
I can understand why some risk it. Your time as a professional is short lived. If you have the chance to make a few million vs a few thousand.....you may do it to.
imo- let the bike riders do as much epo as they want. So what......?
