Reason(s):
Washington has one of the worst passing defenses in the nation against one of the top 10 best offenses in the nation.
Baylor defense sucks... (really bad), so I'll give Washington the benefit of the doubt for 2 touchdowns.
We got the Heisman this year + RGIII and Kendall Wright.
