it's only about 18sec. It's a Front flip, Roundoff, Backflip 360 attempt.

Not parkour. its like gymnastics... but it's called freerunning.

but idk this thread is just for sharing videos and getting feedback i guuess. parkour and freerunning. any kinda movement.
