Hi, I've had a inner-knee ligament injury for 10 months and operated it for rehabilitating 19 january this year. But enough of that
I was playing bowling today with my school as an end thing for the sports break here in Sweden.
I made a "roll" whatever you would say when you throw the bowl and there was this click in my knee, or maybe more like a pop as if something was teared appart.
I was afraid of telling anyone that I felt this thing in my knee and now I wonder what could happen.
I think I possibly snapped another piece of my knee since this doesn't feel bad at all, just like something was very very stretched.
But the problem is that I now can feel a difference on the backside of the knee. There's two ligaments on the backside of your knee right?
Or whatever oyu would call them. On my right knee which is not injured both of them are very tense/strong.
But on my left knee, the right ligament is very soft and not tense at all. Like that it have snapped anywhere, could this be any big problem?
I want to know if I should do something quick or wait until monday which is my knee-rehabilitate days where I go to a gym and meet knee-experts etc
lmk what you think
Uh.. go to doctor i tore my Acl, Mcl and Meniscus, obv you torn something
