Do you know anything about it ? Is it popular in your country?

Here (in Holland/Netherlands) it's very popular and everyone does it in the winter, but it seems like there are only a few countries in which it is a popular sport.

Well i do not know about its popularity in the country where i currently live, but I do personally like speed skating.
I live near a lake system and have been skating and holding time trails for fun and for freindly bets off-and-on this winter.
imo its pretty fun

Ill watch it in the Olympics and that is about it.

Dont even know anyone whose tried it IRL tho.
