im from boston and this is whats real.. the sox arent very good, baseball sucks, the yankees have the highest payroll by far so they should obviously always win

the celtics r fucking awsome, the lakers have always been one of the best teams, and almost every year there is an epic showdown between the two teams where the game is close (neither team has a gay payroll advantage) oh and the sport is awsome

This is why I believe Celtics vs Lakers is a far better rivalry than Yankees Redsox

Lakers and Celtics combined have over half the total championships in the NBA, and they are a championship apart, like 17 and 16, Easily the 2 best franchises in the league and no others are even close.

Red sox and Yankees... it's pretty much just the yankees, not much of a rivalry when it's nothing but the Yankees winning championships and the redsox getting shit on year after year.
