golf.
you might not need stamina or low body fat %, but you need a lot of muscle memorization/repetition. not too too bad physical stuff, but it limits people.

and for the mental part, it's obviously the most mental game out there, everyone agrees.

/e sounds kinda gay imo, let me rephrase, all other sports are more physically demanding, but the mental to me puts it over the top.

Tennis, people underestimate it until they actually try it. You really have to have it all to be any good: speed, strength, good muscle memory, stamina etc

hockey is the most physically demanding, golf is the most mentally even though it's not a real sport.

Actually.. this is no comparison..

All sports are the most physically demanding actually.. because clearly people push themselves to the limit of their abilities to be the best they can be in that sport, so in a way every sport is the most physically demanding

edit: Golf (&en football) are clearly not considered sports here

i dont think you can push yourself to the max in tennis or golf... if you use too much strength then you will overshoot the hole or the little white tennis line

football in essense is one huge man pushing another huge man that is pushing at him
and then you have to use all of your strength to tackle somebody

not to mention all the smarts related shit
