Some call them back flips, or back tucks, either way, its the same thing, your feet go over ur head backwards.

Who can do one on the ground? if anyone? I can, and someone told me when I did it, that it was apparently really rare. Just wondering

Most cheer leaders can do them... I know a bunch who can.

Bigger people generally have a little harder time doing them. I'm 6'3'' @ 190 lbs. I'd have to increase my vert by about 5 inches if I wanted to get a back tuck off.
Not all that flexible either, that doesn't help either.

But give me a 50 ft cliff and i'll do a double gainer :)

I weigh 160, at 5'10 so yeah. Gimme a tramp and I can do a double gainer easily. I can do a triffis.

Not really that rare, Just balls vs no balls.

Can't just bitch out mid-flip or bad things happen O_O

Just overotate a back handspring if ur scared... then just jump higher and tuck if u man up

Not rare me and a bunch of my friends have been doing these since elementary school
