well i didnt watch it, but i read that kobayashi was there but didnt compete. and he got arrested from getting on the stage afterwards.

kobi didnt compete because he didnt want to sign a contract with competetive eating.

so after the contest he tried to run up on stage to clown around and he got arrested by some of new yorks finest.
