I decided to play football for this team pretty damn late. And so my muscles weren't ready for the practices. I've had only 3 practices on this team
and they are playing tomorrow. I pulled my thigh last football season and was out for most of season and couldn't perform at my best the whole year. Yesterday at practice I felt my left thigh muscle pulling and had to take it easy for the rest. How can I get it better for my game today I need to be able to play to help my team. But i don't want to be out like last season

best to just sit it out. let it heal. you push it and your gonna end up like last year. you can be out a few weeks or a whole year. i'd sit and let it heal.
