I decided to play football for this team pretty damn late. And so my muscles weren't ready for the practices. I've had only 3 practices on this team
and they are playing tomorrow. I pulled my thigh last football season and was out for most of season and couldn't perform at my best the whole year. Yesterday at practice I felt my left thigh muscle pulling and had to take it easy for the rest. How can I get it better for my game today I need to be able to play to help my team. But i don't want to be out like last season
