its like bulging. even though i can do more pushups then alot of skinny guys that i know....
help me please. im desperate.
i suck at running. i can only walk for a long term.
Just run...if you want to lose the weight.
Best advice i can give you is find a sport that you enjoy and just play.
MAKE SURE TO HAVE A GOOD DIET!! BECAUSE DIET IS KEY!!
