hey guys.
Im about 200 lbs.

(things i can do currently) i can bench 185/ do 100 situps/ and 25 push ups in one go.

BUT MY STOMACH AND HIPS ARE BIG.
WHYYYYYY
its like bulging. even though i can do more pushups then alot of skinny guys that i know....

help me please. im desperate.

i suck at running. i can only walk for a long term.

Benching/pushups don't really do much for your stomach/hips.

Just run...if you want to lose the weight.
Best advice i can give you is find a sport that you enjoy and just play.
MAKE SURE TO HAVE A GOOD DIET!! BECAUSE DIET IS KEY!!

I went from 265 to 205 just drinking alot of water.

drink a cup of water before during and after every meal... it work

because drinking cold water makes you lose weight

The reason why is Your body has to heat the cold water up to 98.6 so it takes calories to do so... yet water has 0 calories so just drinking cold water is losing weight.

heres advice run 1hour a day = about 5-8miles depending on how quickly u can do it and without stopping also do circuit weights low weights high volume
