Drop weight, get faster, go for corner, rb, or saftey. I'm 60lbs less than you and bench more than you....get stronger as well.

wow. you are one dumb kid.

A person that is in shape should be able to squat 2 times their body weight. if kids were squatting 600 lbs as sophomores in highschool they would be going straight into the nfl

theres a dude at my rival school who does that. he hasnt played football but he does play rugby
