So long story short
started working out in august and i cant pass my bench test at all
been stuck at 115lbs for like 3 or 4 weeks
i dont take any supplements or nothing (but willing to buy it if it will help)
my schedual pretty much is
monday- cardio
tuesday- Squat test and then i light/medium bench which i do like 75lbs 1 set of 10 then 95lbs 2sets of 10
wednesday- core workout
thursda-y bench test and then light/medium squat and power cleans if i feel like it and then extra benching after i fail i do like light medium again or burnout
friday- cardio
sat/sunday work
do i just need to work out more often?? every1 kinda looks at me funny cuz i cant pass 115 when i should be able to easily im squatting 165 10times easily passing everyweek i was at 205 5rep b4 christmas but then took like a week and a half off
