But about that running without breakfast, is that, you may burn fat when you run, but later when you eat, you gain more fat, then you usually do, because you used your stored fat and so. And when you eat before the training ( you don't have to eat much, just a little bit) you have more energy and so. I think it's easyer to do it in the eveining that in morning , but morning would be better to you i think.
this guy is an idiot. ur sopposed to eat after working out because u have to get that energy back, if not then your body will slow your motabalizm down becaus it thinks its starving and you will gain weight.
