Hey alll!

Anyways, here are my questions:

I am extremely confused....

I want to start running, which is better? Morning (6 30 am or 7am) or evening(4 or 5 pm)? Please don't say when you have time, because pretty much most days during those times I will be free.

I did so much research on google, and I found out that some say morning better, some say evening. I head in the morning, it is better because:

-Starts your metabolism and therefore burn fat more. And because you run without breakfast, you use stored fat as energy. The question is, is it really ok for me to start running without breakfast?

-If I do want to run in the morning, when should I wake up? Is 6am too early? I know people should get at least 8 hours of sleep, so that means I have to sleep at about 10 pm!?

In the end....does running in the morning really make a huge difference as to how much fat I burn? (compared to running in the evening at 4 or 5 pm)

Thanks a lot for reading and helping this neewbie!

Cya!

hey, evening is better to me to run, because then you are more waker up and so, but in morning is better you can wake up and go all fresh and so in the the. But about that running without breakfast, is that, you may burn fat when you run, but later when you eat, you gain more fat, then you usually do, because you used your stored fat and so. And when you eat before the training ( you don't have to eat much, just a little bit) you have more energy and so. I think it's easyer to do it in the eveining that in morning , but morning would be better to you i think.

its a sad day when ppl really need to ask stupid questions like this....

it doesnt matter...like yur gonna get anything diff from running in the morning or evening...

has it really been that long since u have ran? jesus christ fat boy. who cares what time. just go for a fucking jog.

...sory to be an asshole..but <----asshole

it depends on your own personal preferance. go during the morning if u feel like it..at night if u feel like it. most ppl go in the morning because they can come back home, eat breakfast, and get that energy back.

this guy is an idiot. ur sopposed to eat after working out because u have to get that energy back, if not then your body will slow your motabalizm down becaus it thinks its starving and you will gain weight.

Ok since it seems most of these people dont know what they are talking about..

I used to run every morning at 6 am. 1) because its cooler outside and 2) because you haven't eaten yet, so when you run its burning the fat in your body, not what u just ate..If you eat before you run and then go running, yes u will have more energy but all the running does is burn off the carbs that you just ate and u will see very little if any results.

If you want to run at night make sure you cut carbs in the afternoon/evening otherwise its pretty much the same thing as eating and then running
