This is not related to video games or computers in any way however I still need help. I used to be able to do back flips on trampolines with no problems until I landed on my neck about 5 years ago. Now I want to do them again but for somereason can't. I feel scared most of the time to get my knees over. Any one have ideas how I can teach my self easier / faster?

Thanks!

Try doing it from high spots, rooftops for example.

[edit]
'Cuz then it can be fatal to land on your neck... you'll force yourself to do it.

First of all , Jump in Height instead of length

ive seen this many times, people doing backflips that will rather jump far back , instead if jumping high and landing on the same space , wich is way safer.

second use ur arms , first u jump a phew times whit ur arms straight in the air and to get a good height , then when u feel ur ready to go , throw them backwards together whit ur body , this should help turning quiker aswell

and last ofc , press ur head against ur chest and grab ur knees !!!!!!!!!!!!!
