It was a ring game, i dont remember the ammount of chips that he had, and he quit its been 9hours he didnt pm me

he pay to be in then we start the game and like 10 mins later

he leave witout saying nothing

if you had more than 1500 chips, then you can say you won

If it has just started like near 1000/1000 chips then you would still won technicly but I would send back personatly, but that's just me.

umm, if he left a ring game. You or whom ever was medding it should have payed him right there and then
