Ok since everbody know what g00chie done i thought about a new rule.

Whoever vouch someone and this guy welches afterwards both become blacklisted.

I am tired of these meaningless vouches. Once a vouch meaned - my mate doesnt pay it so i pay for him. But nowadys a vouch is only 5 letters or meny pixels...
