I won a 300 fg H/U against ____ and after the match as he was about to send the fg he realized her was suspended for posting a link .... so he said hed get the fg to me the next day ./.. 2 days pass he said give him 1 hour .... ( 12 hours ago )

now hes saying since im black listed he doesnt have to send ... he agreed to play and lost he has to pay still its the rules right?
