Okay, I remember this one from like 3rd grade, however, it was tough as hell.
A robber drops into a warehouse through the ceiling as to rob it, but while doing so the rope becomes fringed and tears leading to his fall.
He crashes hard, and notices the alarm has begun to go off. The only door out is shut down because of the alarm.
There are no other doors or windows in the warehouse and the only opening and means of escape is a sunlight in the ceiling, which is about 20 feet above the floor.
The man has nothing, but the clothes on his back. And to make matters worse, the warehouse he was attempting to rob (we'll say it was full of gold for some odd reason) was actually next door and rather dropped into an ice cream warehouse (we'll say Ben and Jerry's).
When the cops arrive five minutes later, the warehouse is empty except for the ice cream. How does he do it?
P.s. No ice cream containers/trucks/ropes were used. He also cannot climb walls like spiderman

Maybe don8 for right answer.
