ur argument is fruitless
1) did U agree to go to a hold-em table instead of tourney table? if the answer is yes, thats pretty much end of argument here
2) if you left the table while the hands are dealt, other players can't see that u left (as u were dealt the hand) until u leave, theres no way u can prove u actually left b4 SEEING your cards (pretty sure this is true)
3) as to Minako's argument, it is even, and still 50/50 - think of it this way, he got KQ, say you get TJ, if the other play has JJ, your odds are significantly lower, but he has an EQUAL chance of getting KK or QQ or KQ also right? therefore it is 50/50 in terms of who he helps or hurts, overall, the AI game is still 50/50 BEFORE the hands are dealt

i have 9c/9h, you have 8c/8h, 3rd person has 8d/8s

your % to win falls dramatically due to 2 of your outs being gone preflop

PRE HAND BEING DEALT, the chance of that guy helping EITHER Player, is split
and did YOU agree to play on the hold-em table as opposed to waiting for SNG? this question is what it comes down to really.

...regardless of whether or not that guy joins the table, your chances of beating nevada are the same

we made the bet 1v1 a/i, not 1v1vrandom, so a 3rd party should immediatly cancel the hand

why would the 3rd party cancel the hand? you still have the same odds of winning vs nevada @ the beginning of the hand as if he wasn't there

let's say the 3rd person wins the hand, it's not like you guys both are going to have him make a jsp and send the fg to him
