Do you ever salt water fish Sheriff? Or is it too far from Michigan?

Nope too far.

Yeah that sucks man, we went this morning and caught six and let them all go. It was fun as hell, had the river all to ourselves in the rain, then it cleared up nice. I'll post a video I took of the river where I was fishing.

We hung out for four hours had too many fish on to count even. It's just a blast and beautiful scenery. A good friend or two makes it all that much better. We made memories that will last forever. Fish are still in just starting to die so I'll be going up again this weekend. Hell Barry is going out right now again. I'm going to drink and smoke and play some video games...lol

Damn mate that sucks. I live within an hour of some of the best salt water fishing in my state (although the best fishing is north of the equator in Australia) so I almost never fish fresh water anymore. It just doesn't appeal to me. But each to their own!

Well yeah, if I had easy access to salt water I am sure I would try it, but I do have close access to some of the largest freshwater lakes in the world. The biggest fish we have are Sturgeon. They are prehistoric looking fish. We also have Muskellunge which are large pike looking fish.

Fuckin jesus.

They dwarf our fresh water salmon and trout equivalents. Even a lot bigger than our salt water salmon too. Nice man.
