didnt see this untill now but it is SO OBVIOUS the guy sitting out LOST

if he says ready and in game then why would he check the sit out box? and not notice he was sitting out?

how easy would it be to do this so that you can fold and have an excuse when you get dealt 2/3 in an all in

FUCKIN REDICULOUS HE LOST AUTO BY SITTING OUT

Exactly..

Easy, the guy sitting out lost.

If the med refunded both people then it's the meds job to cover the FG that you were supposto win.

Thank you, I said this the entire time, everyone was vouching then ViCTiM or w/e said to send back, but I won for sure 100% he folded.

That's enough of the convo to know you folded and I should have gotten my fgs, I try to talk to Wopsey about this but he ignores my PM's etc, I don't know what or how this can be resolved.

We both said we were ready and good luck, you weren't sitting out you folded.

If you sat out it'd auto-fold and not show our cards, I saw you fold dude you're a liar and I hope you get welcher listed or pay me back.

The presumption of innocence – being considered innocent until proven guilty – is a legal right that the accused in criminal trials has in many modern countries. The burden of proof is thus on the prosecution, which has to collect and present enough compelling evidence to convince the trier of fact, who are restrained and ordered by law to consider only actual evidence and testimony that is legally admissible, and in most cases lawfully obtained, that the accused is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. In case of remaining doubts, the accused is to be acquitted.

The phrase that a person is innocent until proven guilty refers to legal as opposed to factual guilt. In every case, the defendant either committed the offense or they did not; a fact that will remain true regardless of whether the jury acquits or convicts the defendant. The phrase means simply that a person is not legally guilty until a jury returns a verdict of guilty—which is little more than a tautology.

Dude you fold first hand in an all-in you lose, that's bullshit and if you don't pay it's a fucking welch.

Anybody can abuse this and say "oh whoops I was sitting out", it's bullshit and everyone knows I won.

all I need to know is if you said in the aim convo

the game number or agreeing on call

saying you were in the game and ready to all in

if you did that then you auto lost bro - IF tetsuo were really nice he could do a redo or just give the fg back BUT ITS HIS CHOICE

then you fold a SECOND hand? bro the case is fuckin clear here

straight from the rules...

A/I = All In. This means both players go all in on the first hand in the tournament. NO EXCEPTIONS.
