Well for one, Lance is dirty as hell, just like any other cyclist. I don't even know why they call it a sport anymore, but regarding your other comment:

how do you feel about contador / indurain defending armstrong? i think it's outrageous.
i mean, i understand contador's motivation - as someone who's lost his tour de france title for the same reason, he can surely relate to that but indurain? wasn't he clean?

well from what I've seen them say, they are not defending his innocence, they are saying that the press shouldn't butcher him the way they have, some parts of the media have been trying to hurt Lance through his personal life



and Contador is clean, even when they banned him they said the amount they found was so low it couldn't have had any efect, he was banned for testing positive not for doping himself

you've got to be kidding me? contator clean? so you buy his little "contaminated meat" story? funny how every single (of almost 15,000) test of spanish meat has been clean and that ONE piece, a professional cyclist eats is contaminated with clenbuterol...

well, just goes to show that for many people it just takes a countryman / fan to buy their flimsy excuses... so maybe ullrich was clean, too and should be the winner of the tdf 2000, 2001 & 2003? i'm starting to believe him...

but why would he dope himself if it wasn't going to do any effect? it doesn't make sense to take just enough clenbuterol to test positive but not enough to improve affect your performance in anyway

there are other succesful spanish cyclists that have cheated, but I don't think Contador has

what they FOUND was not enough to enhance performance. but what if they tested 24 hours earlier? would be ridiculously stupid to risk getting banned for a non performance-enhancing dose due to questionable food.
and i assure you, ALL cyclists (and also their managers / staff / cooks) are too aware of this (since they all have to sign contracts that result in a ban for even minuscule amounts), to risk eating dubious food.

no, it's much more likely that either dr. fuentes miscalculated, contador accidentally took too much or his metabolism was just a little off that day so traces were still in his system... way more likely than the tainted meat conspiracy.
