It depends on what you consider a loss, when I win 4k fgs from 2k each all-in and I deserve the entire 4k and I only get my buy-in back I'm out 2k fgs, I'm out the 30-40 minutes I wasted on this bullshit, and also I'm out of trust because even someone medding over me and a trusted person telling him what to do fucked me over and broke the rules.

2k fg isn't really a small amount to me, it's double what you have for fgs so it's not like I'm bitching over 50fg. I'm pissed off because it's the principle this guy can get off the hook with legitly welching me and nothing gets done about it, anyone can abuse this loophole now it's complete bullshit. All along I was posting in this thread and I even post my proofs, and still this retard gets his buy-in back and I lose, I don't win because I didn't get shit.


You cannot welcher list him because the dude mediating the fg decided to give back the gold to him for w/e reason.

It wasn't personal, I'm saying RIGHT NOW it's double what you have, it was in no attempt to make you look poor or lesser than, I'm sure you've had quite a bit of fg. The thing isn't this either, even if I had a/k vs 2/3 and flop was 2/3/3, he folded before the flop which makes him the loser, I had odds in my favor and he folds which is a loss. All I'd want truly is someone to PM the guy today and say hey we fucked up I was wrong and made a bad call, and you should send Tetsuo his 2k fgs because you did in fact lose and he should have got the full winnings, and if he refuses he should be on the welcher list.

I mean come on, you guys bust Showny's nuts all the time and what the fuck did this kid do to me? It's no better than how Showny was welcher listed, this guy rips me off 2k fgs and I deserve it, at least PM him explaining it and if he doesn't send then welcher list him and I'd be happy.

The mediator is in no way welching. It was a fucked up situation which he thought would be better to give both players back their buy in.

You'd have to talk about Obisent about this case see what his opinion is.

If the med refunded both people then it's the meds job to cover the FG that you were supposto win.

if he says ready and in game then why would he check the sit out box? and not notice he was sitting out?

how easy would it be to do this so that you can fold and have an excuse when you get dealt 2/3 in an all in
